Can I use my own exclusive size chart and garment patterns for custom athletic wear?

Two sizing options for all custom sportswear clients: use our ready US/EU standard size charts, or send your proprietary size specs. We store your exclusive paper patterns permanently for all repeat orders to skip re-development.

What is the standard lead time for bulk custom sublimation sportswear production?

Approximately 4 weeks from order confirmation and artwork approval.

How long does custom sportswear sampling take?

7–10 working days; complex multi-technique uniforms require 10–14 working days.

Can I add unique names and numbers to every jersey in a team order?

Personalized single-item customization is available for all custom team uniform orders. We print separate player names, numbers and ID markings for school sports teams, amateur leagues and professional sports clubs with no extra MOQ increase.

Will sublimation printed uniforms fade or peel after repeated washing?

Sublimation prints never peel or crack, as ink bonds permanently with polyester fibers without surface adhesive layers. Our custom sportswear meets international color fastness standards, maintaining vivid prints through long-term regular washing.

What logo printing methods are available for custom team sportswear?

We use heat transfer printing – vibrant, durable, and wash-resistant.

Can I customize fabric weight and performance features for custom sportswear?

Fabric weight and functional performance are fully customizable. We supply lightweight breathable material for running jerseys, high-stretch fabric for yoga leggings, and thick durable textiles for contact sports uniforms like basketball and American football. Optional upgrades include UV protection, moisture-wicking and quick-dry performance finishes.

Can you match custom Pantone color codes for sublimated sportswear? How do you manage color discrepancy?

We strictly match client-provided Pantone color codes for all custom athletic wear. Pre-production color samples are approved before mass production, and all finished garments follow international textile color difference standards. Any color errors caused by our production team qualify for free remanufacturing.

What fabrics do you use for custom team uniforms? Do you carry GRS recycled eco-friendly sportswear fabric?

We use high-quality polyester fabric and offer GRS-certified recycled fabric upon request. Custom fabric options are also available based on your specific needs.

Do you provide private label custom sportswear for my brand?

We deliver full private label solutions for wholesale custom sportswear, including custom woven neck labels, printed wash tags, branded hang tags and personalized packaging. No factory branding appears on finished goods, so items can be directly sold on your retail store or team shop.
