Are you a factory or trading company?

We are a factory established in shanghai.And we have a professional team and a trading office.Your visit is warmly welcome.

How does your factory do quality control?

All the products will go through five steps of QC before leaving the factory,no matter it is a sample or mass production.

Can i get everything customized here?

Definitely yes; just kindly advise us your requirements,we'll get the job done.

What's your sample policy?

We can send you the samples but the samples are charged. After the order is confirmed, we can refund the sample fee for orders above 100 pcs.

We offer tiered volume discounts for returning long-term clients. We permanently archive all your custom patterns, artwork and fabric files, so reorders skip repeated sampling and pattern development fees.

How do you handle defective bulk custom sportswear from production?

Every garment undergoes 100% manual quality inspection before dispatch. If printing, stitching or fabric defects originate from our factory’s production error, we will remake the full order free of charge and cover all related shipping costs.

Can you provide official certificates for imported custom sportswear?

We supply all required trade and textile documentation, including GRS recycled fabric certificates, factory audit credentials, CO certificates of origin and fabric safety test reports to support your cross-border import and brand compliance audits.

What shipping methods are available for international custom jersey orders?

We offer express couriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS) and sea freight. We'll recommend the best option based on your timeline and budget.
